Yes, we clear absolutely everything and leave the property clear and tidy, we bag up any loose items and clear cupboards and drawers, leaving nothing that you need to do. We will also clear any garages, sheds or gardens that need clearing. The only items we will leave are those which you tell us are to stay.

For full property clearances, because every clearance is different, we will sometimes recommend us coming to the property at a time that is convenient to you, to complete a 15-minute walk around so that we can accurately evaluate the clearance required. If a property visit isn't convenient for you, we can quote over the phone, email or WhatsApp based on images of the property.

When required, we can collect the keys from a chosen representative, a trusted neighbour, key safe, Estate Agent or Solicitor. We can also collect the keys the night before if that is more convenient to you. Our employees are DBS checked and certified for your peace of mind that we are a company you can trust.
