How it works

Check out the price list below. If you want to book us to collect an item, contact us via phone, email or WhatsApp to request a pick up.
Please note that additional travel charges apply to collections outside the IP1-IP4 area, we will confirm this when you contact us.
Prepare items
We will collect your items from indoors or outside. We recommend making the item ready to remove before we arrive, such as removing anything off it, in it or disconnecting appliances if possible
Clearance Day
Our friendly team will arrive on the day at the time agreed with you, we’re never late!
We get to work and clear everything quickly but with care.
After the Clearance
We take the items away in our vans. We will leave the property tidy.
All items we remove will end up either donated, reused or recycled.

These prices are per item including labour for local collection, if you are outside the IP1-IP4 area, additional travel charges will apply.

Yes, we clear absolutely everything and leave the property clear and tidy, we bag up any loose items and clear cupboards and drawers, leaving nothing that you need to do. We will also clear any garages, sheds or gardens that need clearing. The only items we will leave are those which you tell us are to stay.

Yes, most are done over the phone within 10 minutes to save you having to take too much time out to get quotes. For full property clearances, because every clearance is different, we will sometimes recommend us coming to the property at a time that is convenient to you, to complete a 15-minute walk around so that we can accurately evaluate the clearance required. If a property visit isn't convenient for you, we can quote over the phone, email or WhatsApp based on images of the property.

The time the job takes depends on the size of the clearance and the distance from our storage/waste facilities. It can be as little as 10 minutes for a single item pickup, or up to 4-5 days for extreme clearances. The average full property clearance only takes 1 day because we have a very efficient system to clearing a property, it may surprise you just how much we can do in a day. It's entirely up to you. Very often we will meet the customer at the start of the job to get the keys and return them when the job is complete so that they can go about their day. When required, we can collect the keys from a chosen representative, a trusted neighbour, key safe, Estate Agent or Solicitor. We can also collect the keys the night before if that is more convenient to you. Our employees are DBS checked and certified for your peace of mind that we are a company you can trust. Ultimately, your happiness is most important to us, so if you want to be there, we'll look forward to spending the day with you.

What happens to everything that we clear?
All items removed are dealt with responsibly and will go in three directions
Reuse
We remove a lot of furniture, appliances, clothing and small items from properties when we clear them. A lot of the time, the items we remove are in a good, reusable condition, so we find ways of rehoming them by either donating to charity so that they can be used to help others in need or by re-selling. When quoting we don’t charge you for removal of items we believe fall into this category.
Recycling
Anything that can’t be reused will be recycled where possible. Using our waste carriers licence we bring everything back to our property and we go about sorting it. Once everything is sorted, we then take them to our local recycling centre for disposal.
Non-Recycling
Whilst we can recycle a huge amount of waste removed, there are items that can only be disposed as non-recyclables. These items include mattresses, sofas, armchairs and other upholstered items. A lot of these items end up incinerated rather than added to landfill.
Whilst these are considered non recyclable, they will only go to recycling centres if they are unable to be donated or reused. You would be surprised how much can be!
