So everything was done over the phone, email & WhatsApp. The quote was based on photos I sent him & listing the rough contents of the house. Giving him an idea of what was there & needed doing. He was very empathetic to the situation & there was no pressure to choose his company. Once I had engaged his services he touched base to discuss things further set the date, explain how they work ect. On the day he kept me informed of when he had finished what he had done with the keys. He then sent me photos of the house to show that the work had been carried out. The invoice I received is the same as what was quoted. There were no hidden extras. The cost to clear the house was very reasonable. Some of the quotes to carry out the work were extortionate. If I ever need a clearance company again I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you very much Shaun & the team."

I contacted a number of companies to request quotes and most either didn't respond or gave very non-committal replies and it was unclear how much the job was likely to cost over all. He was un-fazed by the nature of the clearance and gave me a very reasonable flat-rate quote for the whole job with no hidden extras. Shaun and his colleague were prompt, friendly and unjudgmental about the state of the property. They worked exceptionally hard clearing - one room packed floor to ceiling with rubbish and another very unpleasant kitchen that hadn't been cleaned for many years - as well as clearing a large number of heavy items that were stored outside the house. They remained professional and positive throughout. Our House Clearance cleared absolutely everything they were asked to and were careful to check I was happy with the completed job. They stuck to the original quote and there was no question of additional charges despite the job being bigger than anticipated. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free. Shaun and his company are thoroughly decent and a pleasure to deal with - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would absolutely book them again."
