Hiring a house clearance company isn’t always an easy task. There’s the exhausting process of researching companies, getting and comparing quotes, choosing the right company for you, hoping that the chosen company turn up on time and act in a professional manner, then leave the house tidy and have not caused any damage to your property. We take the pain out of the process. When you contact us, we will provide a 6-step process.

1. You can contact us via phone, email or WhatsApp to request a quote. For small or normal-sized clearances, a quote can be given over the phone within 10 minutes.  For really large or specialist clearances we suggest a 15 minute visit to the property, because seeing the clearance required means we give you an accurate quote based on your specific requirements and can evaluate how long the job will take which can sometimes save you money.  

2. We arrange a date and time for the clearance. This will be a date convenient to you.

3. On the agreed date we turn up on time, in uniform, with smiles on our faces and ready to go. We bring all equipment needed to clear the property (boxes, trolleys etc) so you don’t have to do anything. You also don’t need to be there if you don't want to, leave us the keys and enjoy your day.

4. We complete the job. We contact you prior to completion so we can return the keys and you can come and see what we’ve done and check you are happy. If we are locking up for you and putting the keys in an agreed place (key safe, trusted neighbour, estate agent), we will send you photos of the cleared property. The house will be left tidy, and we will hoover every room in the house.

5. We take everything away. We are an Environmental Agency registered waste carrier, and we work to a zero to landfill policy so anything that can be recycled or reused will be. All waste disposals will be dealt with legally and ethically.

6. We send you the bill and request to leave a review. The bill will be for the quote price with no additional or hidden costs. The review is no obligation, but we really appreciate feedback and it helps our business grow.

Our system for dealing with a clearance is built on simplicity, efficiency and low effort for our customers.

Affordability is also very important to us. A skip hire can be expensive and only hold a certain amount of waste, and bulky item (sofas, tables, washing machines etc) collection by the local council starts at £25 per item. It’s important for us to mention the items you want to keep, and paperwork with confidential information on them. With every job we expect customers to want to keep some keepsakes or items that they know are high value. We recommend taking them before we start the clearance or clearly marking them as “do not take” because when we come, we remove absolutely everything. We will of course discuss this with you when we meet you.

We are highly likely to come across documents with names and addresses, bank details or personal information on them or prescription medicines. Rest assured anything with personal data will be destroyed so that identities and confidential information are fully protected. We are DBS checked and certified for your peace of mind.
